Sports Car Launch
The Brief
An international marque were launching a much awaited sports car to join their distinguished range of vehicles and requested help coordinating the prestigious event.
From initial invitation through to registration, distribution of VIP tickets, welcome packs, personalised product information and onsite assistance they needed one system that could manage it all.
The Challenge

• To gather useful information on their customers that could be used for future marketing campaigns.

The Solution
We delivered a cross media marketing campaign, creating a personal email inviting individuals to attend the vehicle launch. This linked to their own personalised URL where they could register for the event or simply request information.
Those registering entered additional details which helped the organiser to manage their needs during the event. The registration process automatically created and distributed a personalised VIP ticket along with their unique agenda. Additionally it also triggered their welcome pack and name badge to be waiting for them on the day.
Following the event a ‘Thank you’ email was sent with a link to their personalised URL where they could rate the experience and also request additional information or subscribe to news and product updates.
The Results
48% of all recipients visited their personalised URL.
20% reduction in onsite staff time required to manually manage visitors and their information.
100% of pre-registered attendees received personalised relevant information on the day helping them make informed choices.
The client’s database was cleaned, updated and further intelligence was gathered on prospects for future campaigns.
